From:Heal the Harbor, Inc. 27 January 2002 Mr. Tom Ridge, Director Office of Homeland Defense Dear Director Ridge: This corporation is now able to offer for Homeland Defense what is now termed massive heat extraction (MHE) technology and cryogenic ordnance (CO) airdrop packages for fighting massive or especially hot fires such as those that felled the WTC towers and toxic spills. Heal the Harbor, Inc. (copy of homepage enclosed) would like help from Homeland Security and others not only to test drop these CO devices out of a helicopter and test other non-water methods for high-rise fire suppressions, nuclear facilities fires, biohazard facilities fires or any other fire where contaminated water runoff or where excess water weight build up and inability of current methods indicate a new approach to fire suppression is needed, but also for our “harbor watch” program (like the neighborhood watch, but for people who live or work in all world harbors.) With best wishes for a safe America, I remain Sincerely yours, Tim Beck, M.A. |
