chapter of Heal the Harbor for every harbor, large and small, worldwide.
For members to be ever vigilant to prevent acts of pollution, theft, piracy
and terrorism.

Our Plan - Reduce Pollution from marine, lake and
river fueling stations, ships and boats in harbors (and at sea). Educate to
prevent pollution. Act to increase harbor, bay and ocean bioproductivity and
security. Research, develop and implement better ways to put out fire as
well as reduce, prevent and clean up pollution. To get individuals,
politicians and corporations, "to do the right thing" by education and
cooperation or face picketing, boycotts, public exposure and other legal
measures, until they do. |
